Beau Handy, CFP®, CFS®

Beau Handy is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and the Managing Partner at Guidance Capital, Inc., a comprehensive financial planning firm headquartered in Louisville Kentucky. Beau is also the founder, President and Senior Analyst at Dynamic Market Advantage, a separately managed account platform with the mission to bring an academic approach to investing to financial planning professionals and their clients.

Beau’s primary professional responsibility, beyond business operations, is ensuring each of his clients have a comprehensive financial plan tailored to fit their individual needs in the areas of investment management, risk management, estate planning, and tax planning and preparation. Beau also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and works to insure the highest standard of professional integrity in business operations.

Beau is formally trained in financial management and financial planning obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree and certification from the Honors program at Western Kentucky University Gordon Ford College of Business.

Though it is hard to find the time with the recent growth of his family and continued growth of his business, Beau is passionate about bringing his perspectives, insights, and unique understanding of wealth management and the financial planning industry to clients and practitioners alike by maintaining his personal financial planning blog, “Eggs & Baskets”.

Beau enjoys reading, learning new things, and spending time with his family. Beau and his wife, Morgan, reside in Prospect, KY with their two children and one-hundred-five pound Rhodesian Ridgeback, Leo.
